How does the Discovery session feels and why it is so important?
The first session involves knowing the needs and forming a connection,so that both of us feel ready to work as a team and embark on this beautiful journey of your Transformation. Further, it also helps us decide the number of sessions required for the same.
However,if at any given time,after a few sessions you feel you can be on your own,I would be happy to let u go. My calling is to empower more and more people to become the best version of themselves. And on the other hand, if you would wish to see me more often( in between two sessions), I would be happy to help and can be connected over voice call,video calling,chat and any other medium best suited to both of us.
I feel the first session is the most crucial, wherein we understand the core issues and also understand the areas where work is needed so as to be a better version of ourselves. I generally do not put a timeline to that, as it takes time to build a rapport and actually open up your heart to a strangerđ and feel confident to embark on a journey of Transformation.
During our session, we go to the core of your limiting beliefs and patterns so we can work through these and take action to realize your goals. Because we go to the core and we work from the inside out, youâll get strong and sustainable results which will allow you to further develop yourself after the session. Weâll take a holistic approach incorporating positive mindset and mindfulness. My style of coaching is empathetic, intuitive, confronting, and effective. This will challenge you to be brutally honest with yourself and to take action so that after every session you walk out with peace, confidence and results. Whether you want to learn how to take on less responsibilities or you want to learn how to guard your boundaries, or overcome a traumatic event, work on your childhood wounds or any stress related mental issue, after every session youâll take action and experience transformation.

In our sessions, children talk and learn how to work out their problems.l feel this is the right time for laying a foundation for a balanced, realistic and a progressive mindset in our kids, before they actually step into the real world.
